Kerrie serves as the Head of Safeguarding, bringing over 20 years of experience in children's social care at a senior leadership level. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in safeguarding ensure high standards of care and support for children and families.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Kerrie works to enhance understanding of the challenges associated with fostering and adoption, particularly how these may be impacted by the health of parents and carers. Her collaborative approach and dedication to safeguarding make her an invaluable asset to the organisation.
